The identity applied inside the product itself: inbox, email thread, and daily schedule pulled into one working view, the mark sitting quietly in the sidebar rather than announcing itself.

Branding the inbox that thinks for you.
Overview

The modern workday often begins as a scavenger hunt for responsibility. Somewhere between Slack, Gmail, meetings, and half-buried promises, the actual task has to be found before it can be done. Scrubbr was built for that condition: a tool that gathers workplace communication into one place and turns scattered messages into visible action, with AI doing the heavy lifting. The brief was simple to say and hard to hit: friendly first. We built an identity around that, approachable before anything else, with just enough structure underneath to still feel trustworthy.

Design

The mark carries two ideas at once. Its silhouette comes from a sponge: soft, rounded, absorbent, built to feel human rather than corporate. Its structure comes from an hourglass: two forms meeting and pinching at a central point, a quiet nod to time, and to things finally settling into place.

Case Study

The brief arrived with a clear tension at its center. Scrubbr needed to feel like a serious productivity tool and a product people actually wanted to use. Most tools in this category choose one or the other.
